- fix bug of recalculation of profiles with few points in demo mode
- improve GCode compatibility :
..... remove characters "(" and ")" from project directory name (parenthesis are reserved to start and end of comments)
..... replace G10 L20 by G92 (set working origin at current starting position)
..... add G92.1 at end of GCode (cancel working origin)
- height placement of profiles is more explicit now :
